By accessing and using Capturelab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily access Capturelab's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: - Modify or copy the materials - Use the materials for any commercial purpose - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Capturelab - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations - Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Capturelab cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay Capturelab the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account Settings in your user dashboard. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.

You retain all rights to any content you upload, post, or display on or through the Service. By uploading content, you grant Capturelab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and display that content.

Users with paid subscriptions may access our API. You may not share API credentials between multiple implementations. We have and will continue to actively monitor for violations of this policy.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.

If you find a security vulnerability within Capturelab, please let us know immediately. We will investigate all legitimate reports and do our best to quickly fix the problem.

Your use of any information or materials on this service is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this service meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Capturelab or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.
